How we maximize
Teaching mentality, challenge our kids mentally and physically. We Provide discipline. Building focus and repetition is also key to a successful student athlete.
Often players work on advanced skill and they haven't yet mastered the important fundamentals to build from.
Our mentors help with planning and accountability to goals. Along with developing a mental plan, mental toughness and confidence.
Spring Training 10:00am to 11:30am
Saturday training with an emphasis on fundamentals and one on one drills. Each week the student-athletes will work on position specific drills and concepts, training for real competition. The Training will offer a high level of instruction and fun with players of the same age, and skill level.
This is a perfect opportunity for student-athletes to play basketball and improve their skills without a huge commitment.
9:00am to 10:00am
Sessions are private for kids with autism. This is a basketball themed training that is specialized for youth who are interested in learning the fundamentals of the sport. We provide social interaction, physical activity, and basketball training. Also helping sensory reactivity, processing mental and physical obstacles, created by our staff, Which our goal is to keep children engaged.
Workouts are run by Coach Glen and staff members. Saturdays 60 minute session 9:00am to 10:00am and 90 minute session 10:00am to 11:30am.
